Keep Your Waste Treatment System Operating Effectively and Avoid Unnecessary Repair Costs
Waste Water Treatment Best Practices (pdf)
DownloadMiller Farms operates a community septic system that services all homes within the development. This system is separate from the City of Bayport water supply. This community septic is operated by a service provider selected and managed by the Miller Farms HOA Board of Directors. The service provider is responsible for ensuring the system is operating and monitored, with sample data gathered and reported regularly to the MN Pollution Control Agency. The service provider and the board work together to ensure there is a long term capital replacement plan for the equipment and infrastructure involved.
For a current Community Septic status statement please contact the HOA. The HOA does not provide a copy of the permit, however, a permit copy may be obtained from the MPCA.
